Capitol Federal Natatorium at the Hummer Sports Park
The Capitol Federal Natatorium at the Topeka Hummer Sports Park is a swimming and diving facility capable of hosting Olympic caliber events.

Charles Curtis State Office Building
The Charles Curtis State Office Building was the result of collaboration between KBS and Flintco. Built in the shadow of the Kansas State Capitol Building, we consider this building to be one of our finest work products.

Eisenhower State Office Building
This renovation consisted of a 4-story building, built in the 1940s, and a 14-story building built in the early 1970s, repaving of the parking lots and restoration of areas affected by the State’s asbestos abatement program.

Kansas University Visitor’s Center

The Shawnee County Correction Facility was the result of collaboration between KBS Constructors, the Shawnee County Corrections Department and Treanor Architects, P.A. The project consisted of renovating a former printing plant into a minimum security corrections facility.

When Topeka’s Zoological Park needed to expand the indoor environment for their elephant population, they turned to the team of KBS and Peterson Architectural group to design and build this facility.
